Construction Superintendent
will be on-site managing projects, including project scope, budget, hiring subcontractors, managing daily work, creating reports, and ensuring safety at the job site. Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise the job site daily Complete safety paperwork as required Prepare and submit daily reports Review and update project schedules Maintain redline drawings for changes during the project Attend pre-bid meetings and project site visits, representing the company Coordinate with suppliers Ensure work compliance with standards Assist with securing work permits Schedule inspections with local authorities as needed Conduct walk-throughs with customers for project completion and punch list development Participate in project kick-off meetings Monitor and manage the project budget Assist with developing change orders and scope of work pricing Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position manages all phases of assigned projects, including subcontractor oversight. Education & Experience:
High school diploma and 5+ years of related experience in construction or modular building Ability to develop prioritization systems for efficient work completion Experience in writing detailed reports Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills Experience with current technologies Ability to work independently Time management skills Minimum OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain Compensation:
The listed pay range is the base pay Satellite Shelters, Inc. or Satellite Industries, Inc. reasonably expects to pay for this role. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, location, and client requirements. Benefits and Perks:
