Position Overview

The firm is seeking a motivated

Auditor

with at least 1 year of public accounting or audit experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in auditing financial processes, establishing and/or adhering to internal controls, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This role offers hands-on experience, exposure to a variety of clients, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

Perform audits for small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and educational institutions Assess and test internal controls, identify risks, and propose recommendations Prepare audit workpapers, financial statements, and reports in accordance with GAAP Maintain open communication with clients and internal stakeholders Stay current on industry regulations and best practices Assist with other assurance and accounting projects as needed Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 1+ years of audit experience in public accounting or internal audit Strong understanding of financial reporting and internal control procedures CPA or CPA track preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines Experience working with nonprofit or education clients is a plus Work Schedule & Culture
