Responsibilities
Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist. Assist in implementing therapy activities targeting speech, language, and communication goals. Document student progress and maintain accurate records according to established protocols. Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate speech therapy strategies within the classroom environment. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs). Qualifications
Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) certification. Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow treatment plans and adapt activities to meet student needs. Reliable and professional approach to working with children and school staff. Location and Employment Type
