Marketing and Communications Specialist, NTC Career Services Location: New Orleans, LA The Marketing & Communications Specialist – NTC Career Services supports the strategic marketing and communications needs of Newcomb-Tulane College (NTC), with primary focus on promoting internships, employer engagement, and career readiness initiatives. The position will work closely with NTC’s Director of the Mussafer Internship Initiative, faculty partners, and the broader NTC Career Services leadership team to highlight student success stories, employer partnerships, and internship outcomes that advance Tulane’s career ecosystem. The specialist will also support the broader communications functions of the NTC Marketing & Communications office and will work closely with NTC’s Marketing and Communications team to create email, website, social media, print, and other marketing content, ensuring that all messaging aligns with Tulane’s brand standards and Career Services is understood as a core facet of NTC. Responsibilities and Requirements

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to highlight student outcomes, employer partnerships, and data-driven impact. Proficiency in social media management, email marketing, and website content development. Knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and performance measurement. Project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams. Strong design sense with experience creating content using graphic design platforms. Experience with basic HTML, web editing, and content management systems. Required Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or other closely related field OR High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 9 years of experience in marketing, communications, or other closely related field Preferred Qualifications

Experience in marketing and/or communications in higher education or relating to student success. Experience coordinating newsletters or other publications.
