This position has a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. Responsibilities
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles; maintain a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed to support the business. Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards. Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards. Assist in store recovery and maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and store. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures; support shrink reduction goals and programs. Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment. Other duties as assigned. Possesses excellent customer service skills Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Capable of multi-tasking Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation Works effectively with peers and supervisors Retail customer experience preferred Benefits
