Kitchen & Bath Designer role at Cape Home Kitchen and Bath (Cape Cod). This is a full-service design-build remodeling company specializing in curated, middle- to high-end kitchen and bath renovations. We guide our clients through every step of the process — from concept and design to material selections and project completion — with transparency, creativity, and exceptional client care at the core of everything we do.
What You’ll Do
Meet with clients in our showroom and at their homes to understand project goals, style preferences, and functional needs.
Develop creative, practical kitchen and bath designs that reflect our Good / Better / Best product tiers and align with project budgets.
Produce floor plans, elevations, renderings, and presentation materials.
Assist clients with curated selections of cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware, and finishes.
Coordinate with our in-house project management and production teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
Present designs during showroom meetings and guide clients through revisions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, products, and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of kitchen & bath design experience (NKBA certification a plus but not required).
Proficiency with design software (2020/Ceiling/Chief Architect) – we use Chief. CA training available.
Strong understanding of spatial planning, construction methods, and materials.
Excellent communication and presentation skills — you’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
A collaborative mindset — you’ll work closely with our sales, project management, and field teams.
Passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces and delivering an elevated client experience.
