Job Description Your role is to engage customers, educate them about AE & Aerie products, and contribute to a positive store atmosphere. Responsibilities
Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with teammates and support team objectives. Adhere to AEO's policies and procedures with integrity. You\'d Be Great For This Role If
You love interacting with people and have energy to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. You love AE and Aerie products.
