This role requires a relentless attention to detail, thoughtfulness and a data driven test and learn approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the planning, development, and execution of demand generation campaigns, customer communications, and strategic marketing initiatives.
· Plan and execute localized marketing efforts through agency partners including direct mail, shared mail, door hangers, flyers, and OOH across our five brands and twenty state footprint.
• Own and execute large-scale direct mail campaigns to drive customer acquisition, ensuring seamless strategy, execution, and measurement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Teams, Digital Marketing, Finance, and Data & Analytics to align on goals and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Work with agencies to procure audience files, refine targeting lists, and develop new machine learning models for enhanced segmentation.
• Manage external vendors and agencies to ensure on-time production, cost efficiency, and top-tier creative execution.
· Drive continuous improvement, using data-driven insights to refine targeting.
· Manage local print ads, advertorials, sponsorships, and co-branded materials.
• Coordinate and manage timelines, task assignments, and project status updates using project management software; maintain organized records across shared drives, calendars, and meeting documentation (e.g., agendas, notes, and recaps).
• Track campaign performance data and develop reports or presentations using Excel and PowerBI to support business insights and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate marketing documentation and ensure timely, clear communication with stakeholders throughout each project lifecycle.
• Complete special projects and cross-functional initiatives as these arise.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • 5+ years of experience in direct mail marketing or a related field, with a strong focus on campaign execution, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration. • Proven expertise in direct mail marketing, including campaign execution, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration. • Hands-on experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns, working with external vendors and optimizing targeting strategies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive campaign performance and decision-making. • Experience using data analytics to inform campaign decisions and drive growth. • Experience with machine learning models or predictive analytics in marketing. • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. • Previous experience managing budgets and vendor contracts in a high-volume marketing environment. • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and effective time management. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data entry and CRM tools is preferred. • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy. • Confident working independently while staying aligned with broader marketing goals. • Passion for people-first marketing and commitment to our mission.
