Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize revenue operations processes and systems across the entire customer lifecycle. Partner with leadership to develop and execute robust Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies supporting both B2B and B2C channels. Monitor, analyze, and manage sales pipelines and funnels to maximize conversion rates and revenue growth. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, partnerships, and product to drive seamless revenue-generating activities. Leverage CRM, data analytics, and reporting to provide actionable insights and forecasting for revenue performance. Lead the continuous improvement of operational efficiency, scalability, and team enablement in a fast-paced environment. Establish key performance metrics, dashboard reporting, and best practices for revenue operations excellence. Support strategic partnerships, brand collaborations, and business expansion initiatives. Revenue Operations & Sales Leader
– experienced in end-to-end GTM strategy, pipeline management, and revenue operations. Retail / eCommerce & Brand Partnerships
– experience with consumer-facing brands or B2B SMB SaaS clients. Metrics-Driven & Analytical
– uses data, CRM, and BI tools to optimize conversion, pricing, and retention. Team Builder & Leader
– scales and mentors high-performing sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Startup / High-Growth Experience
