Overview
Vice President, Partner Development Manager We are hiring a Vice President to lead and manage the Partner Development team for our Corporate Talent products. The role is responsible for managing a team against a revenue goal for new and/or existing products. Following an onboarding period, the incumbent will assume responsibility for achieving revenue targets, including a direct role in developing new business. They will implement effective strategies to grow revenue and manage team members and themselves against metrics to achieve results. About EAB

Primary Responsibilities
Product Revenue Management: Lead new business development for a complex line of business, including management of EAB Seramount’s Research product line. People and Team Leadership: Build and manage a motivated Partner Development Team, including support staff. Manage quota-carrying individual contributors and other Partner Development Manager(s); recruit, coach, retain, and develop team members; lead sales training to improve skills and effectiveness. Strategic Sales Process Management: Establish a high-functioning sales management process for all team members, including visit planning, ROI assessment, follow-up, and closing; participate personally in key meetings as needed to support the team. Marketing and Revenue Strategy: Establish optimal sales strategy and process for the product line, including individual product sales, bundled sales, and upsells; collaborate with product delivery and marketing on collateral and marketing initiatives. Market Knowledge: Build deep industry expertise and communicate market intelligence and trends to internal stakeholders; understand how EAB’s offerings help partners achieve their strategies. Revenue Reporting: Report projected revenue and team results to senior leadership; partner with the leadership team to drive growth and profitability. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university Minimum 12+ years of Sales or Account Management experience with proven team management experience Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets (personal and team) Relevant industry experience Proven negotiation and presentation skills Ability to travel at least 25% Valid U.S. Driver’s License Ideal Qualifications
Experience conducting executive-level presentations and facilitating group discussions Solution-based sales experience with value selling Ability to demonstrate and communicate ROI of a membership/product Deep understanding of EAB and its products, business model, and market Experience managing others with feedback Commitment to continual learning and contributing to a culture of fairness, authenticity, and belonging in support of EAB’s mission and values Compensation
The anticipated starting base salary range is $171,000 - $228,500 per year. Actual salary varies based on experience, skills, and location. Eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation based on individual and organizational performance. Benefits
