New York City Midtown, prestigious, boutique, growing investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support 5 Private Equity Executives. This role is a busy, important seat to keep Executives organized throughout the day. Responsibilities

Complex calendar management Heavy phone coverage Extensive travel coordination (domestic and international) Expense management Meeting coordination Gatekeeping Hours are 8:30 – 6pm with flexibility for 24/7 availability Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus At least 5-10 years of administrative support experience Financial services industry experience or similar Detail oriented Strong multi-tasker Ability to prioritize and pivot as needed Strong communication skills, both written and verbal High level of client service skills Can-do attitude
