Social Media Content Strategist

who is equal parts creative thinker, storyteller, and digital strategist. This role is ideal for someone who can translate brand identity into compelling social content, build community through authentic engagement, and drive growth through platform-native strategies. You’ll lead the development and execution of social content across multiple channels, manage daily engagement, and collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and partnerships teams to bring the brand’s voice to life online. Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Creation Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.). Write and create engaging, on-brand content including captions, reels, stories, graphics, and short-form video. Own the editorial calendar to ensure timely, consistent, and relevant storytelling. Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches, brand campaigns, partnerships, and events. Community Management Serve as the day-to-day voice of the brand across social media channels. Actively engage with the online community — responding to comments, DMs, mentions, and UGC. Foster meaningful relationships with followers and brand advocates to grow loyalty and engagement. Monitor trends, conversations, and sentiment to inform content and engagement tactics. Analytics & Optimization Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and community health. Use insights to optimize content, posting times, and engagement strategy. Stay ahead of platform updates, social trends, and emerging best practices. What You Bring

3–5 years of experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing. Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills with an eye for what works on each platform. Experience creating native content for Instagram, TikTok, and other key channels. Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar). A deep understanding of internet culture, memes, creators, and community dynamics. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have

Experience working with lifestyle, entertainment, or cultural brands. Background in influencer marketing or creator partnerships. Familiarity with social listening or analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Later, Dash Hudson, etc.). Portfolio or examples of past social media work and campaigns.
