Overview
VENTEON and Harvard Resource Solutions are hiring a Human Resources Manager to work in San Antonio, Texas. You will lead human resources functions for an automotive parts manufacturing plant. This includes handling employee relations, HR operations, accounting interfacing, reporting management, and providing bilingual/cultural support. The role holds responsibility locally and with headquarters operations. Pay
Base pay range:
$85,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Pay notes:
$85,000 to $120,000 annually plus PTO and benefits Package Requirements
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Minimum 4-6 years’ professional human resources experience required. Certifications such as SHRM or HRCI a plus. Kaizen skills a plus. Automotive manufacturing industry experience required. Plant HR skills a plus. Strong experience with managing Employee Relations. Technical: Experience with HRIS systems required. UKG HRIS knowledge is preferred. MS Office including advanced Excel capability. Capable of parsing data from systems. This role requires a bilingual professional (English & Spanish). Duties
Provide support under the direction of the corporate leadership team by understanding and developing needed organizational changes. Oversee the HR Supervisor and team members. Handle escalated human resources issues. Conduct investigations and terminations with professionalism. Maintain confidentiality. Apply policies fairly. Ensure a safe, productive work environment that is compliant with all laws and regulations. Manage recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and retention activities. Optimize HRIS systems to increase efficiency. Set the standard for a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace. Function as a liaison between English- and non-English-speaking team members. Translate HR communications and facilitate bilingual meetings as needed. Generate data, reports, graphs and make presentations on HR KPI’s. Collaborate with finance on payroll, budgeting, and cost tracking. Utilize high-level Excel skills for HR analytics, reporting, and workforce planning. Support audits and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Analyze operations, develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Job details
