Annual Bonus Responsibilities
As the
Human Resources Manager , you’ll be a key leader serving as an employee champion and change agent. You’ll ensure fairness and consistency across policies, maintain accurate data and reports, and partner with finance to align HR operations with company goals — all while fostering a culture built on respect, accountability, and continuous improvement. Other daily responsibilities will be: Recruit, onboard, and retain a high-performing workforce; Manage and oversee employee relations, ensuring fairness and neutrality; Handle payroll coordination, budgeting, and cost tracking in collaboration with accounting; Use advanced Excel and HRIS tools for reporting, analytics, and workforce planning; Lead training and development initiatives for all levels of staff; Drive compliance with employment laws and company policies; Promote a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and operational excellence. Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field At least 4 years of HR management experience in manufacturing Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong Excel and data analysis skills (testing required) Solid understanding of accounting processes, budgeting, and payroll coordination Demonstrated objectivity, professionalism, and strong employee-relations skills HRIS experience preferred (UKG, Workday, or similar) SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
