Budget Title: Senior Staff Assistant (SL-3) Salary: $57,151 - $59,151 Binghamton University's Office of Undergraduate Admissions seeks an experienced professional for the position of Admissions Communications Coordinator who will assist in the management of communications and marketing efforts for Undergraduate Admissions to support the strategic efforts for undergraduate recruitment and enrollment. Essential functions

Actively support admissions outreach and marketing Write, update and maintain content for admissions email, SMS and print communications Construct and edit emails, SMS messages, forms, events, and portals in our CRM, Slate Create, update and maintain complex queries to target populations for communications Ensure quality control of forms, events, portals and communications through testing, review and continuous auditing Provide marketing, technical and general support to campus visit activities and operations Assist with building and updating presentations Assist with building, maintaining and updating virtual and self-guided tours Create instructional documentation and provide training Stay current with and implement general and Slate specific best practices and trends related to marketing and communications to identify opportunities, efficiencies and improvements Supervise student volunteers and/or assistants Requirements

Bachelor's degree At least one year of experience in undergraduate admissions, enrollment marketing or a related field Knowledge and understanding of college recruitment and marketing Effective writing skills, including use of grammar and punctuation Experience using a CRM system Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and attention to detail Effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Ability to work successfully with a team and independently Ability to work occasional evening and weekends Preferred
