Executive Assistant Location: Folsom, CA Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Compensation: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative support to senior leadership. This position requires excellent attention to detail, discretion, and strong communication skills. A current Notary Public commission is preferred, as the role includes handling confidential documents and notarizations. Key Responsibilities

Provide executive-level administrative support to leadership Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials accurately and confidentially Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and paper records Handle the execution and notarization of official documents Serve as a point of contact between departments, clients, and vendors Assist with purchasing, office coordination, and special projects as assigned Qualifications

Minimum of three years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional Active California Notary Public license or the ability to obtain one quickly Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion Preferred Skills
