Education: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, journalism, business, public relations, or related field. Experience: 3+ years in proposal coordination or relevant experience. Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop). Skills: Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and communication; strong time management, organization, and problem-solving. Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal staff and external teaming partners. What you might Add
Knowledge: Knowledge of the architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) industry. Experience: Previous federal and state government contracting; SF330 preparation. Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition. How you Align

Coordinate and prepare proposals and responses to Requests For Qualifications (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for federal, state, and local government clients. Collect, organize, and manage large volumes of data including project histories, resumes, forms, and compliance documentation. Develop proposal outlines, schedules, and review processes; coordinate contributions from technical staff, teaming partners, and subcontractors. Produce clear, compelling content, graphics, and supporting materials tailored to solicitation requirements. Maintain and update proposal templates, boilerplate content, and marketing databases. Support strategic business development efforts by assisting with clinic outreach, presentations, and occasional events. Salary range $45,000-$85,000 determined by education, experience, licensure, and knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
