Marketing & Business Development Specialist
Base pay range: $110,000/yr - $115,000/yr. Location: Los Angeles, CA. Law firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join their Marketing team in the Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities
Marketing and Business Development Support: Produce pitch materials & proposals; support RFP processes & manage business development activities; track/report on BD efforts & opportunities; oversee marketing requests; maintain firm website and practice materials; coordinate & manage attorney photo shoots.
Client Events & Sponsorships: Plan and coordinate firm-hosted client events, including logistics & vendor coordination; manage third-party event sponsorships & identify speaking opportunities for attorneys; maintain events calendar for partners and practices.
Communications & Public Relations: Manage award submissions & track recognitions; collaborate with the Communications team to announce firm accolades.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
At least 3-4 years of experience in a business development role, preferably within a law firm (litigation experience highly preferred)
Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and CRMs (e.g., InterAction, Vuture)
Salary Range: $110-115K
