The Customer Experience Specialist, known as a "Deck Ambassador," works poolside at our swim school. This role is critical in delivering an excellent customer experience. Your Typical Responsibilities
Set up and break down the pool deck area before and after each shift Check water chemistry and temperature prior to swim lessons Welcome students and parents/guardians to the pool deck Answer questions about accounts, child progress, or the program Assist swim instructors and managers during swim lessons as needed Post media content and monitor social media platforms Create positive first impressions and facilitate orientation for new families Minimum Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills Responsible and professional demeanor Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of customer service experience Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s), may be obtained during training About Us

Our mission is to ensure that every person, regardless of age or ability, has the opportunity to become a safe and happy swimmer. Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Working at British Swim School

You’ll be part of a fun-loving team committed to promoting water safety and a lifelong love of the water. Most students are preschool and elementary-aged children. Our instructors should enjoy working with this age group and help parents feel at ease. Experience with children or in a child-focused role is helpful but not required if you demonstrate the right attitude. The role includes specialized training in our unique British Swim School approach. We also have opportunities with our Customer Service Team, including non-pool roles, focused on providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might speak with parents by phone or at the pool, with the aim of making everyone feel part of the British Swim School family as we pursue the mission of the “Survival of the Littlest.” Important note:
