As a Social Media Moderator, you will monitor posts, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions across various social media channels. Responsibilities
Monitor social media channels for client brands, including comments, messages, and mentions Engage with the German-speaking audience by responding to inquiries and comments in a timely manner Flag and escalate inappropriate or negative content to the appropriate internal teams Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaigns Provide feedback and insights based on community engagement and sentiments Create reports on social media performance and user interactions Stay updated on trends in social media and community management Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think critically and handle challenging situations diplomatically Detail-oriented approach with strong observational skills Experience in social media moderation or customer service is preferred Enthusiasm for digital communication and brand engagement Competitive Monthly Salary Monthly Performance Bonus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and Hotel ) Health Insurance Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel And More...
