Law firm is seeking a Talent Services Coordinator to join their team. Responsibilities
Support full-cycle staff recruitment and interview scheduling Manage onboarding & orientation for new hires Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment Maintain personnel files, I-9s, and process employment verifications Coordinate office events, CLE trainings, and bar memberships Enter and manage data in Workday (HRIS and ATS) Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree At least 3–5 years of HR support experience required; law firm or professional services is a must Experience with Workday highly preferred PHR or SHRM-CP a plus Hire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
