Their senior executive team drives strategic decisions that shape the direction of the firm and the industries we serve. Seeking a highly polished, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support the senior executive floor. This role requires a flexible, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. You will provide seamless coverage and support for senior-level executives, including C-suite leaders, as needed. This is a dynamic opportunity for an EA with exceptional judgment, discretion, and organizational skills. Responsibilities

Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to senior executives on an as-needed basis Assist with complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, video conferences, and international travel itineraries Coordinate last-minute changes with efficiency and grace Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence Liaise with internal departments, portfolio companies, and external stakeholders professionally and tactfully Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and requests with discretion Maintain confidentiality at all times, particularly with sensitive firm and personnel information Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflicts Assist with special projects and event coordination as assigned Provide coverage during planned and unplanned absences of permanent EAs Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years supporting senior executives Prior experience in financial services, private equity, investment banking, or professional services required Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and follow-through Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven discretion, reliability, and sound judgment High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Flexibility to occasionally work outside of standard business hours, as needed What We Offer
