Our client, a prestigious global Investment firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a Managing Partner and team in their NY office. The role is in the office three days a week and remote two days a week. Base pay range
$95,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Additional compensation
Annual Bonus Responsibilities
Perform high-level administrative tasks including heavy calendar management, travel coordination, and itineraries as necessary Prepare/coordinate materials for meetings, calls, and follow ups Answer calls and take messages with discretion and confidentiality when required Prepare and submit monthly expense reports Arrange international and domestic travel arrangements, hotel reservations, etc. Coordinate event registration, travel arrangements, and itineraries for the finance team Communicate with other senior level executives and administrative staff Assist with special projects as needed Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant Bachelor's Degree Required Proven ability to maintain strong interpersonal skills and work both as a team player and self-starter Ability to handle multiple heavy calendars simultaneously and work under pressure to prioritize time-sensitive projects Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with outstanding attention to detail Ability to make professional decisions based on accumulated knowledge of position responsibilities Exercises discretion and sound judgment; maintains confidentiality Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Location
