The Lilly Dermatology Specialty Territory Manager will be responsible for account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatment for diseases in the Lilly dermatology portfolio. This includes HCPs in dedicated dermatology practices and representatives in key hospital accounts, including dermatologists, dermatology fellows, educators, residents, and related roles. You will build relationships with key customers in the dermatology space to drive adoption of our therapies and identify and develop business relationships with state and local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed care organizations. You will be viewed as a credible expert and resource. Responsibilities / Business Ownership

Territory Management: Develops a strong understanding of territory and reimbursement landscape and uses business insights tools to analyze and adapt to business needs. Account Management: Navigate the healthcare environment to understand accounts and impact key stakeholders to become a trusted partner. Dialogue Agility: Actively listen and adapt to customer prompts during the call. Medical Integrity: Demonstrate learning agility to understand clinical information, our product portfolio, and the therapeutic marketplace; engage with every member of an office/account. Selling Skills: Promote the entire product portfolio by planning for and engaging in patient-centered dialogue; utilize the selling model to help identify appropriate patients. Execution / Results: Use business analytics to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals while adhering to internal policies and the PhRMA code. Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with field-facing and internal peers to create a coordinated customer experience. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Professional certification or license required if mandated by a specific state. Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not provide work authorization or visa sponsorship for this role. Two or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) after degree completion, or relevant graduate degree experience. Ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts; strong account-based selling experience. Additional Information / Preferences

Experience navigating complex integrated health systems and an understanding of the specialty pharmacy distribution model. Experience selling injectable/infusion therapies in a complex reimbursement environment. History of collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners; strong learning agility and self-motivation; team-oriented and influential. Must live within 30 miles of the territory boundary. Benefits and Compensation

Actual compensation will depend on education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $87,000 - $204,600. Full-time employees are eligible for a company bonus (dependent on company and individual performance). Lilly offers a comprehensive benefits program, including medical/dental/vision/prescription coverage, a 401(k) plan, pension, vacation, flexible spending accounts, life and death benefits, time off and leave benefits, and well-being programs.
