Lundberg Family Farms is seeking a driven Brand Manager to shape the future of our brand, strengthen consumer affinity, and support product innovation. This role combines strategic brand management with hands-on execution across digital, social, and experiential marketing to drive business growth and long-term brand equity.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days in office (Tues - Thurs) and two remote days (Mon & Fri) each week. Residing within convenient distance of the office is required.
Responsibilities
Drive select innovation projects, line extensions, and brand initiatives while supporting the Senior Brand Manager on larger strategic priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development, packaging, and assortment strategies to ensure alignment with brand and consumer needs. Drive Brand Awareness
Support campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and event marketing that grow awareness and consumer engagement. Create and share compelling brand content across owned channels to strengthen loyalty and deepen consumer connections. Be Strategic and Analytical
Analyze market trends, syndicated data, and consumer insights to shape strategies, reports, and business reviews. Monitor the competitive landscape and deliver actionable recommendations that drive growth and enhance brand positioning. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of CPG brand management, marketing, or sales experience (natural/organic category preferred). Strong analytical skills with experience in syndicated data tools (Nielsen, IRI, SPINS). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management platforms (Asana, Smartsheets, etc.). Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and building consumer engagement strategies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities. Willingness to travel for meetings, trade shows, and events.
