As a Customer Experience Representative, you will engage with clients through various channels to build strong relationships and improve their overall experience with our brand. Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat. Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues efficiently. Keep detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Work closely with internal teams to ensure quality support and timely resolutions. Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience and contribute feedback. Promote company products and services while educating clients on usage and benefits. Engage in training programs to stay updated on product offerings and best practices. Requirements

Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in customer service or similar fields is preferred.
