In this essential role, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking clients, responsible for delivering exceptional service and support. Your main goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction by effectively managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services. As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in building long-lasting relationships with our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. Assist customers by answering inquiries, providing product knowledge, and troubleshooting issues. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure swift resolutions. Collect feedback from customers to identify opportunities for improvement. Educate clients on product features, benefits, and best practices. Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of product offerings and customer service techniques. Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal. Strong communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in customer support or related roles is a plus. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail. A passion for providing top-notch customer service. The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
