We are seeking a Sr Manager of Wedding and Special Occasion Outreach to create strategy, programs, and tools, and to oversee day-to-day operations, reporting, and analytics of the Wedding and Special Occasion Outreach department. This role partners with the Vice President of Business Operations to optimize ROI for the organization. The ideal candidate collaborates with store leadership and corporate partners in a fast-paced environment and supervises the Special Occasion Outreach Events Management team. This position reports to the Vice President of Business Operations.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities

Partner with the VP of Business Operations to create the Wedding and Special Occasion Outreach department strategy and key objectives to drive traffic and revenue, while optimizing ROI within the budget. Act as the point of contact for all Wedding and Special Occasion Outreach projects, tracking assigned tasks, producing status reports, and leading project discussions and updates. Communicate with cross-functional leadership regarding new policies, procedures, marketing initiatives, outreach events, projects, and timelines. Create Wedding and Special Occasion Outreach reporting and auditing on the department budget, revenue, and profitability. Evaluate reporting processes, identify gaps, and develop CRM and analytical reporting to support successful operations. Track and monitor the profitability of bridal show attendance and identify areas for opportunity and growth. Establish and oversee a calendar of events for internal outreach activities including bridal shows, high school formal events, and community events locally and nationally. Additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience

Retail Management and Retail Analytics experience of 10+ years or equivalent; multi-unit leadership preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business management/analytics or equivalent experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt to various audiences. Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professional acumen. Strategic thinking to develop business plans and execute initiatives. Strong time management, attention to detail, follow-up, and ability to manage multiple projects independently in a dynamic environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adaptability to new technology; knowledge of PeopleSoft, Tableau, Salesforce, and database management preferred.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods. Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally. Visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand–eye coordination, and manual dexterity to operate a computer and office equipment. Hours typically 40 hours per week, as work dictates. Position is remote; candidate must be based in the continental United States and near a major airport.

Salary Note

The starting salary for this position is $100,000–$115,000. Final pay is based on skills, experience, and other factors. Other compensation may include a 15% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus, subject to policy. Base pay may vary by market location and applicable wage laws.
