As our Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you’ll take the lead on building CRM-driven campaigns that feel less like spam and more like a well-timed nudge from a friend. Your mission: cut churn, boost retention, and grow customer lifetime value. Key Responsibilities Build, test, and optimize automated email journeys, nurture flows, and win-back campaigns. Segment customers based on lifecycle stage, behaviors, and purchase patterns. Develop creative ways to reduce churn and bring back dormant accounts. Manage marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Dyanmics, or similar). Collaborate with Brand & Communications for content, design, and meme support. Explore and implement AI tools for personalization, predictive send-time, and content optimization. Track and improve retention KPIs such as repeat purchase rate and CLV. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (bonus points if you can untangle workflows with a cool head). Strong segmentation and personalization skills. A track record of reducing churn and improving customer retention. Experience in A/B testing for email campaigns. Analytical mindset with an eye for detail and a knack for teamwork. Success Metrics Repeat purchase rates are going up. CLV and retention metrics are improving.
