A globally recognized hospitality group is seeking a highly organized, polished, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive. This individual oversees an international portfolio of celebrated restaurants, partnerships, and projects within the culinary and luxury lifestyle space.

Responsibilities

Manage complex scheduling and ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings, calls, events, and travel.

Serve as the primary liaison between the executive and senior management, department heads, PR, marketing, and external partners.

Coordinate communications, press opportunities, and media requests in collaboration with PR and marketing teams.

Maintain oversight of ongoing business projects, ensuring the executive is briefed and up to date.

Vet and prioritize requests for appearances, partnerships, collaborations, and interviews.

Draft correspondence, talking points, and briefing materials for meetings, events, and media engagements.

Oversee travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.

Maintain project files and organizational systems to ensure efficiency and accessibility.

Support the executive with special initiatives, events, and personal scheduling as needed.

Represent the executive with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years experience supporting a high-profile executive, ideally within hospitality, luxury lifestyle, or creative industries.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve proactively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of drafting polished correspondence and briefing materials.

Experience coordinating across multiple departments and managing sensitive information with discretion.

Professional demeanor, grace under pressure, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

French language skills are preferred but not required.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in New York City. The role requires flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and travel to accommodate the needs of the executive’s demanding schedule.
