Provides support to the logistics and materials program for government furnished equipment (GFE) on the Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE) Exploitation Analysis Centers (EAC) program through USSOCOM. Works with the team to execute processes required to ensure the effective control and accountability of all contract-provided government property and assets in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations, DoD Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (FARS/DFARS). Performs inventory control of GFE, materials readiness, and logistical support activities as assigned. Performs hands-on delivery of property management activities for corporate owned, contractor managed/government owned (CMGO), and government furnished equipment. Assists in ensuring maintenance of policies, and regulation compliance for shipment activities associated with GFE in accordance with FARS/DFARS. Inputs, updates, and maintains complete and current property records into the government property management system (GOLD) and corporate inventory management (SOSI) database. Conducts periodic inventory audits/counts and communicate replenishment needs to the Logistics Manager. Prepares audit tracking documentation and reports as needed. Maintains accurate and up-to-date warranty tracking records for government property. Performs shipping preparation by readying appropriate documentation and materials for outbound corporate owned, CMGO and GFE shipments. Coordinates with team members on property movement activities including delivery, transportation, pickup, receipt disposal, storage and shipment. Processes received government furnished equipment (GFE) by performing inspections, identification, UID tagging, and proper storage. Researches and identifies appropriate National Stocking Numbers (NSN), cage codes, and other information regarding CMGO and GFE equipment as required. Assists with preparation of documentation and communicates with the appropriate contract representatives related to disposition, transfer, LDD (loss, damage, destruction, theft), fraud, waste, abuse, or mismanagement of CMGO/GFE. Partners with team for the appropriate acquisition and disposition or disposal management of GFE including re=utilization in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including awareness of Hazmat and government disposal resources. Supports and participates in GFE pre-inspections, quarterly inspections, and spot inspections. Prepares reports as required by the contract and/or organization. Provides inventory assessment/replenishment to incoming GFE (such as SEEK II kits) and document/log inventory (SOSI/GOLD) as needed. Performs inventory pulls as per staff requests in support of the Exploitation Analysis Center (EAC) GFE assessment and commissioning. Performs hands-on delivery of equipment and materials readiness planning, preparation, and deployment for project required activities. Carries out equipment and/or materials location, movement, and shipping preparation, and deployment for project required activities. Complies with the shipping and handling regulations/requirements for dangerous goods/hazardous materials (domestic and international) U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49 (CFR 49), International Air Transport Association (IATA), and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Complies with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and regulations for warehousing and logistics activities. Provides support for general shipping and receiving activities as needed. Provides support as needed for commissioning activities for project GFE material. Inputs, updates, and maintains complete and current property records into the Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Priorities and Accountability System (DPAS). Researches and compiles accurate DPAS catalog descriptions in accordance with government protocols. Sets up and compiles with inventory management plan for all DPAS users. Liaises with third-party vendors/users and government customers for asset management (receiving, updates, excess, disposition) of all program related GFE-GFP. Performs essential duties in any emergencies such as hurricanes, storms, and/or any other university emergency closing. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in appropriate field and three (3) years of relevant experience; OR seven (7) years of relevant experience ; OR an equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and/or vocational/technical training. Departmental Requirements

Eligible for an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance. Desired Qualifications
