Day-to-day HR and compliance matters, including terminations, workplace investigations, and policy development Employment litigation in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings Claims under Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and related statutes Drafting and enforcing restrictive covenants, confidentiality agreements, and employment contracts Delivering proactive training and compliance solutions tailored to client needs The Candidate
3-6 years' experience in employment law (litigation and/or counseling), ideally from a respected national or strong regional firm Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills Texas Bar membership (or eligibility) A proven ability to provide commercially sound, client-focused advice Excellent academic credentials and a collaborative working style On Offer
