ParkMobile, an Arrive company, is adding a Sales Analyst to join our growing sales operations team. This is a key role as the company expands our sales and account management teams. This person will work closely with sales management, the country director, and other key decision-makers. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical. This position reports to the Head of NA Sales Strategy. Responsibilities will include: Sales Reporting & Analysis

Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data Providing sales performance and analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Maintaining and updating weekly business reports Performing ad-hoc data requests Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity and provide insight on recommended actions

Product level analysis and performance reporting

Zone un-gated Ticket Takeover Camera Park/Express Pay Hardware (Pay stations for off-street open lots) Reservations Permits (Flowbird)

Transaction/Revenue Reporting

Forecast revenue and transactions based on current backlog and historical go-live trends Create and maintain recurring and dynamic transaction and revenue reporting by supplier and product Transaction Fee analysis: Regular fee reviews, Rate increase administration Revenue share and commission tracking and analysis in partnership with commission manager Flash Partnership specific reporting and tracking Track account & transaction volumes by Technology partners Track low performing areas and operators (change recent or overtime) and work with leadership to provide actionable insights Track customer care interactions with Access Controlled Parking Areas - looker report for review and impact of revenue with product and ACP Track YoY variance/growth by supplier and create quarterly reports for QBR’s with our large operator partners

Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant related work experience. 2-5 years of sales analysis/business reporting experience Proficient Salesforce reporting and data-pulling ability. Excellent in Google Sheets Looker, SQL, or BI Tooling experience is a plus! Excellent oral and written communication skills Pays close attention to detail. A team player able to work effectively with a range of personalities across different departments. Multi-tasker with excellent project management skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with a can-do attitude Ability to measure performance About us
