RJK LLC (the “Company”) is hiring for a
Customer Care Consultant
at our dispensary. The Company has partnered with Jushi as the management services provider, overseeing day-to-day operations and administration. All employment and compensation decisions are the sole responsibility of RJK LLC. The Company is expected to transfer ownership of the dispensary in the first half of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals. As the Customer Care Consultant, your mission is to deliver exceptional customer and patient service while educating clients. The role involves assisting patrons and patients primarily via telephone, conducting customer support, and adhering to company policies and industry regulations. Ideal candidates are those seeking to focus on customer care within the cannabis industry. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Adhere to the company mission statement and core values, maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism. Provide outstanding, accurate customer service by answering or directing questions and concerns. Lead tours of the sales floor, making product recommendations based on ongoing research. Maintain thorough knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons, and promotions, encouraging memberships for medical guests. Follow product handling procedures, including safety, health policies, and regulatory compliance. Keep the store clean and organized by stocking retail items, sanitizing, and maintaining cleanliness. Operate cash register, POS system, and manage cash drawer. Work collaboratively to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals. Perform other duties as assigned. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center setting. Excellent computer, language, and reasoning skills. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Strong multi-tasking skills over the phone. Occasional local travel as needed. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant desk-based computer tasks. Frequent sitting; occasional standing, walking, reaching, grasping, lifting up to 25 pounds, and other physical activities. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
