Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Nordic Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant in our Online Media Department. This role is key in providing exceptional support to our clients from Nordic countries, utilizing your language skills to help them enhance their online marketing efforts through our search engine services. Your fluency in one or more Nordic languages, combined with a passion for customer service, will be vital to our clients' success.
As a Nordic Speaking Customer Consultant, you will assist clients with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and advise them on best practices for leveraging search engine tools. This role presents a unique opportunity to work within a collaborative team while building relationships with clients aiming to maximize their digital visibility.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding our search engine services through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat Diagnose and solve technical challenges pertaining to online media campaigns Document and keep track of client interactions to ensure effective follow-up Educate clients on optimizing their search engine usage and advertising strategies Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client inquiries and improve overall service Gather and analyze client feedback to drive service enhancements Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry advancements and technologies Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish) and English, both written and verbal Strong customer service orientation and commitment to client success Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries within a fast-paced environment Prior experience in customer service, especially in online media or digital marketing, is preferred A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about new technologies Competitive Monthly Salary Monthly Performance Bonus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and Hotel ) Health Insurance Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel Fully Paid Training And More...
