Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Consultant to join our Client's IT Support & Cybersecurity Solutions Department. In this key Entry Level role, you will provide support and consultation to our Nordic-speaking clients, guiding them through their IT and cybersecurity challenges. Your contribution will be essential in helping clients secure their systems and optimize their IT operations.
As a consultant, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, advising clients on cybersecurity best practices, and providing training on our suite of IT solutions. Your ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with clients will help foster strong relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Nordic-speaking clients seeking IT support and cybersecurity solutions Troubleshoot and resolve various IT-related issues efficiently Provide guidance on cybersecurity best practices and assist in implementing security measures Conduct training sessions to enhance clients' understanding of IT support tools and cybersecurity solutions Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of technical resolutions Collaborate with other technical teams to address complex issues and improve service delivery Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in IT support and cybersecurity to offer informed advice Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English, with strong communication skills Basic knowledge of IT support principles and cybersecurity practices is essential Prior experience in a customer-facing technical support role is preferred but not mandatory Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment Familiarity with technical support tools and software Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients clearly A genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn about cybersecurity best practices is highly desirable Competitive Monthly Salary Monthly Performance Bonus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and Hotel ) Health Insurance Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel And More...
