FGV is the world’s third biggest oil palm plantation operator, has the world’s largest bulking and storage facilities for vegetable oil and is Malaysia’s top refined sugar producer.In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Shared Services Centre Sdn Bhd**Job Description**FINANCE ANALYST (NON EXECUTIVE)ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, FIXED ASSETS & BLANKET PURCHASE ORDER (BPO)JOB PURPOSEResponsible for providing financial, administrative and transaction services in Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Blanket Purchase order (BPO) in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations, and in compliance with established policies and procedures.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESA. To maintain Billing Processing as per approved guidelines for select BUs:1) Print and send deposit receipts to customer/BU, if required2) Receive invoicing requests & supporting documents, keying into system3) Print and send invoice/debit note to customer, if required4) Create/post invoice/debit note into SAP upon receiving invoicing instructions5) Print and send invoice/debit note to customer (if required)B. To maintain Collection/Payment Processing as per approved guidelines by BUs:1) Receive cheque/TT deposit advice from BU2) Match collections against invoices posted in SAP3) Print receipts for successful matches and dispatch to customers/notify BU once done4) Inform Sales/Operations on unsuccessful matches, follow up and resolve these mismatchesC. To follow up on all payment follow up as per approved guidelines by BUs:1) Follow up on outstanding payments from clients, as advised by BUs2) Generate reminder (official document) and send to customers via mail, as per instructions3) Post write off and provisions entry as per BUs policy or instructed4) To be conversant with the case management system, closely monitor and resolve all pending casesD. To prepare routine reports and other documents as requested:1) Generate/analyse credits and ageing report2) Generate customers Statement of Accounts and send to BU/Customer as required3) Provide assistance for Executives on any non-standard report if requested (gathering data)E. To respond on AR queries from BU/vendors that is escalated from Tier 1 within their own authorization and capabilityF. To update BPO budget, perform creation, amend and monitor budget balance. To provide assistance to Executives in generating reports related to Fixed Assets & BPO by gathering relevant dataG.
