Sr Financial Analyst to join the team of a healthcare provider located northeast of Gwinnett County. This is an onsite role with flexible hours. Advanced Excel, pivot tables and VLOOKUP required Sage 100 and/or Workday is preferred but not required Bachelors degree in Accounting is required 5+ years of recent accounting & analysis experience Healthcare experience is preferred but not required Responsibilities
Analyze financial performance of the doctors, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Involved in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads. Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for senior leadership. Support service line profitability analysis and cost containment initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmark against industry standards. Assist in evaluating payer contracts, reimbursement rates, and revenue cycle performance. Pay Details
