Analyze and optimize distributor pricing structures Ensure pricing strategies are accurately reflected in planned structures and aligned with business goals. Assess volume and profit impacts of pricing changes, both short- and long-term. Monitor competitive shelf pricing and recommend adjustments to maintain market positioning. Identify opportunities to improve profitability through discount and cost structure modifications. Track actual vs. planned discount spend and provide actionable insights to mitigate risks. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred 7+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or the beverage/CPG industry Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office Suite Experience with SAP and syndicated data tools Strong storytelling and reporting capabilities Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
