Overview
We are a mid-sized public accounting firm in Westborough, Massachusetts seeking an experienced tax preparer to join our in-office team. The EA will work directly with firm leadership and manage a variety of corporate and personal tax engagements. This is a growth-focused position where you’ll balance big-picture tax planning with hands-on tax responsibilities. Responsibilities
Prepare business tax returns, including Schedule C Assist in the review of personal tax returns Resolve IRS and state Department of Revenue notices Provide clients with proactive tax planning strategies Qualifications
Active EA license Prior experience in a CPA firm with responsibility for corporate tax returns Strong client management and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced public accounting environment Familiarity with ProSeries tax software is a plus What We Offer
