A growing government contractor is seeking a
Senior Program Control Analyst
to support financial planning and analysis across multiple federal programs. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in government contracting, program finance, and project controls. The Senior Analyst will work closely with program managers, finance, and contracts teams to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Key Responsibilities
Lead development and maintenance of program budgets, forecasts, and EAC/ETC models Analyze and report on program financial performance, including variance analysis Support monthly program reviews and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders Track and manage CLIN-level funding, burn rates, and invoicing Collaborate with contracts and project teams to ensure compliance with funding and billing requirements Prepare and present financial data to senior leadership and program managers Support audit readiness and internal control processes Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvement initiatives Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 6+ years of experience in program control or project finance within a government contracting environment Strong understanding of EAC, ETC, CLIN structures, and indirect rate applications Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools Excellent communication and analytical skills Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP systems preferred Compensation & Benefits
