What You'll Do as an Independent Living Coach:
You'll work one-on-one with individuals in our day programs to support them in daily activities and encourage independent living. Your daily impact will include: Coaching and supporting communication and social skills Assisting with meal prep and daily living tasks Organizing fun and engaging leisure activities Providing transportation to community volunteering opportunities Empowering individuals to reach their personal milestones What You Need to Join Our Team:
A passion for people and a positive, team-first attitude High School Diploma or State Accredited GED Valid Maryland Driver’s License Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening Ability to pass a basic skills reading test Why You’ll Love Working at The League:
