Located in the heart of the Coachella Valley, you have access to resort-style living and world-class amenities throughout Southern California. Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations. Answers phones within three rings using dept scripting Ensures all positions are covered and employees on task Maintains workable knowledge of all department schedules and routes Prepares project assignments, schedules, safety tips and daily assignments Ensures proper food handling procedures are being followed Ensures sanitation standards are being met Completes QI /PI documentation Verifies cash drawers and safe daily Ensures retail areas are clean, stocked and ready for customers Ensures all food in all service areas are within department standards. Completes in-services for employees on annual requirements Performs all other duties assigned.
