IT Supervisor

Manage and maintain data center and virtualization systems (Hyper-V) Support and troubleshoot Cisco/Meraki network infrastructure Oversee POS systems, telephony, and hardware across all locations Administer Microsoft 365 services and Active Directory Coordinate IT hardware procurement, installation, and inventory Liaise with vendors for upgrades, support, and contracts Provide hands-on technical support and maintain documentation Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any other related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, network systems, and hardware components. Experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Online, Hyper-V, Cisco, and Meraki platforms. Familiarity with POS hardware, guest Wi-Fi setups. Preferred Certifications: Windows Server/Hyper-V, Azure Administrator or M365 Fundamentals, Cisco Certified (CCNA, CCNP) Strong organizational, communication and troubleshooting skills.
