Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant
to join our team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage full-cycle accounting, payroll, and financial reporting while working closely with leadership. Full-Cycle Accounting & Reporting – manage general ledger, reconciliations, financial statements, and month‑end close. Accounts Receivable & Payable – prepare invoices, process payments, manage vendor records, and ensure compliance. Budgeting & Forecasting – support the VP of Finance with budgets, forecasting, and cash flow activities. Procurement & Purchase Orders – assist with purchase order processes and vendor coordination. What We’re Looking For
3+ years of bookkeeping or full-charge accounting experience (5+ preferred). Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Excel. Solid knowledge of accrual accounting, reconciliations, and revenue recognition. Experience with payroll (ADP preferred but not required). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communicator and team player. Nice to Have:
