Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Analyst with strong Invasive Cardiology and General Cardiology to support a major Epic Cupid implementation project. This role will focus on designing, building, testing, and deploying Epic Cupid functionality in alignment with Sectra cardiovascular imaging workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Cupid and Sectra during the implementation phases, including integration design, validation, and go-live support.
Travel: One week per month onsite plus go-live
Key Responsibilities: Must have Invasive Cardiology and General Cardiology
Lead the design, build, and implementation of Epic Cupid in coordination with enterprise imaging and cardiovascular service lines
Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate integration workflows between Epic Cupid and Sectra PACS
Work with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather and document requirements, focusing on cardiology imaging and reporting needs
Participate in workflow analysis, system configuration, integrated testing, and end-user training
Coordinate interface validation and ensure robust image-enabling workflows (e.g., ordering, acquisition, viewing, and results documentation)
Support cutover planning and go-live execution, including troubleshooting, issue tracking, and end-user support
Provide ongoing documentation, status reporting, and knowledge transfer to internal teams
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of experience with Epic Cupid, including build and implementation experience
Epic Cupid certification or proficiency and ability to obtain quickly
Hands-on experience with Sectra PACS, preferably in an implementation setting
Strong understanding of cardiology imaging workflows, including integration with EMR and PACS
Familiarity with HL7, DICOM, and image exchange workflows
Excellent communication, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
