Responsibilities

The Summer Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Investor Relations team within Related Fund Management. This summer analyst will support investor data management, financial analysis, preparation and organization of marketing and meeting materials, and collaboration across the Related Fund Management team to streamline workflows and improve reporting. The Summer Analyst will also support market and investor research, assist with quarterly reporting, and help enhance the investor life-cycle experience. Maintain and organize investor data by updating profiles, drafting pre-meeting briefing materials, and assisting with CRM management. Gather and summarize market and investor information, including tracking news, identifying trends, and supporting research on investor activity and competitor fundraising to inform team decisions and materials. Assist with the standardization and organization of pitch books, case studies, and other investor materials across strategies, including updating content and formatting for consistency, compiling frequently referenced resources, and maintaining our centralized library of standardized documents for easy access by associates and leadership. Support the organization of investor and fundraising files, track diligence requests, and contribute to the quarterly reporting process. Shadow associates on internal diligence calls, assist with investor materials, and prepare RFP and DDQ responses to build an understanding of the real estate sector and fundraising fundamentals. Contribute to initiatives aimed at streamlining team processes, including maintaining templates, style guides, and organized archives of draft and final materials, as well as exploring new tools or AI solutions. Compensation: The hourly compensation for this position is $30-$45 Qualifications
