We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Coordinator based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area to manage sponsorship deals, brand outreach, creator support, and more. Responsibilities:
Identify popular creator trends across YouTube, TikTok, and other media platforms for market research. Develop and pitch new clients and business opportunities. Represent Night as the point of contact for external brand and agency partners. Handle client-facing duties including business procurement, fostering ongoing relationships, and negotiating service agreements. Create and maintain reports on the talent agency and brands landscape. Identify inbound opportunities across all Night clients. Qualifications:
1-3+ years of talent management or influencer marketing experience working with brands and agencies. Deep knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, and new media platforms from a business and consumer perspective. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience. Ability to handle confidential information. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Eagerness to learn from industry-leading digital talent managers. Work hour flexibility (not your typical 9-5).
