Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates Partner with clients to fill urgent positions Connect clients with qualified candidates for placements Use recruiting tools effectively Cold call, qualify, screen candidates, and assist in interview preparation and negotiations Conduct reference checks Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills High outbound activity to source clients and candidates Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical mindset Effective negotiation skills Degree preferred but not required Successful completion of gpac training This role is ideal for goal-oriented, entrepreneurial individuals with a competitive spirit and a desire for unlimited earning potential.
