A top entertainment agency is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful

Recruiting Coordinator

to support its fast-paced recruiting efforts across a wide range of departments, including Talent Representation, Film, TV, Music, Digital Media, and Corporate functions. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, thrives in a high-volume environment, and is passionate about the entertainment industry and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities

Manage high-volume candidate flow and applicant tracking for various departments and entry-level roles Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, video, and in-person) across different teams and locations Conduct initial phone screens, informational calls, and reference checks Post job descriptions and maintain accurate listings on job boards and internal platforms Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (e.g., Workday) Process new hire documentation and support onboarding coordination Communicate effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure seamless interview logistics Assist in sourcing qualified candidates and maintaining talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs Support the execution of recruiting events and projects, including internship and entry-level hiring initiatives Prepare recruiting reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion recruiting strategies and initiatives Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Assistant, or Talent Acquisition support role, preferably in entertainment, media, or a related industry Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday a plus) Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization Team-oriented, proactive, and able to adapt to shifting priorities Demonstrated interest in the entertainment industry and recruitment Experience supporting DEI hiring efforts is a plus Passion for building meaningful candidate experiences and supporting career pathways in entertainment
